We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you receive any shipment from us that does not meet your expectations, we will accept its return or replace it, at your choice. Merchandise, in its original condition, will be refunded (or credited) when returned within 30 days.
Any defective materials will be credited or refunded. We may ask for its return so that we can insure we correct the problem next time. Please call for instructions.
Materials ordered in error may receive a 15% restocking fee and/or outbound freight charge reduction in the credit.
We cannot accept return of specially ordered or custom cut/ made items, unless they are defective.

They will issue a Material Return Authorization and make arrangements for return. Only returns with this authorization will be accepted. Please do not return freight collect, COD, or unauthorized.
